It combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood. A small blood sample is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelets, then applied to the skin during microneedling so the growth factors can penetrate deeper.
Regular microneedling stimulates collagen through controlled micro-channels. Adding PRP delivers concentrated growth factors into those channels, which can enhance healing and support stronger, longer-lasting results.
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, so most patients feel only mild pressure or a light scratching sensation. The blood draw feels similar to a routine lab test.
Most patients see the best results with a series of 3 sessions spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments as needed.
Mild redness and sensitivity similar to a sunburn are common for 24 to 72 hours. Most patients return to normal activities the next day.
