No Children Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

Purpose

To ensure the safety, privacy, and quality of care for all patients and staff, Gallardo’s Clinic is implementing a No Children Policy.

Our clinic provides medical and aesthetic services that require a controlled, safe, and confidential environment. The presence of accompanying or unsupervised minors may create safety risks, confidentiality concerns, and operational disruptions within the clinic.

Policy Statement

Effective February 16, 2026, children and minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to accompany patients during appointments, except in the following circumstances:

  • The minor is the patient receiving treatment.
  • The minor has a scheduled appointment.
  • Special authorization has been granted in advance by clinic management.

Patients must make appropriate childcare arrangements prior to attending their appointment.

Rationale

This policy is implemented due to:

  • Safety risks (medical equipment, sharps, IV equipment, lasers, and injectables)
  • Patient privacy requirements in accordance with HIPAA
  • Limited space in treatment areas and the waiting room
  • The need to maintain a calm and professional clinical environment
  • Reduction of liability risk

Gallardo’s Clinic prioritizes patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards.

Enforcement

  • Patients who arrive with children will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • No exceptions will be made at the time of the visit.
  • Repeated violations may result in cancellation fees in accordance with clinic policy.

Communication

This policy will be:

  • Posted in the reception area
  • Posted on the clinic website
  • Shared via email and social media
  • Communicated during appointment confirmations

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue providing safe, high-quality care to our patients.
